And over there in Hillcrest is a big ol' goddamn house party. The ladies of The Slaughter House are having a winter wonderland kegger. The Sess, The Muslims and Jeremy Jay are all playing LIVE and shit. Myself, Sir Charles, Brandon Welchez and Jeff Graves are djing the following dance party. This should be a monster. There will be a fee of 5 bucks for the keg, rentals and bands. But it's worth it cheap skate. Find The Slaughter House.

Jeremy Jay plans new record release...Airwalker

November Sixth 2007 is the release date of the new Jeremy Jay record. "Airwalker" will be released on legendary underground label K Records. The title track and first single is amongst my current favorite songs. If you like Jonathon Richman then you'll love this. But that's not meant to mean it sounds just like JR, just if you get him, you'll get Jeremy Jay. More great, great shit from Los Angeles.

As Jeremy is an old friend of ours, we'll be setting up a record release party on November 8 including a live set by JJ and a soul dance party with records meticulously chosen by me and the rest of the Skullz. Venue's not chosen yet, but don't trip...it'll be a good one. Mark your calendars.

okok. Just in case you didn't get it the first time, here's a newish "story" on our pals NO AGE. Watch it and if you're in San Diego tonight go see them in our (sarcastically) beautiful and historic Gaslamp Quarter. It should be quite odd. All the Skullz are going so....







Hey!! Did you notice the Skullz/NO AGE poster at the end of the video? NOISHE. Anywayz. Buhlieve me folks, there won't be long before you have to see them in a huge place, so don't sleep. Congrats to them, by the way, they just signed to Sub Pop few days back.
